Franklin Hart is an egotistical, sexist, womanizing boss who makes the workplace a living hell for his female employees. In a hilarious turn of events, three of his “victims" live out their wildest fantasy - giving their boss the boot! Violet, Judy and Doralee find themselves inadvertently holding their domineering and lecherous boss captive. While Hart remains "otherwise engaged," the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. All goes swimmingly until he manages to escape. But just when it seems they have failed, fate steps in.
